Who are the current Glenshannon Community Association Board Members?
The newly elected 2025 board members are:
President: Tyler Jackson
Vice-President: Michael Stennis
Secretary: Paul Sullivan
Treasurer: Rosalinda Vives
Director: Yamil Bermudez
I call the board but no one answers ?
We welcome calls but please keep in mind that the Glenshannon Community Association board members are employed full time and volunteer their spare time to the HOA. Calls are transferred to voicemail, which is checked often, but due to board members' work schedules, calls are returned in between work breaks or after a member gets off work. If you require a call back, please leave a voicemail containing your name, street address and reason for the call and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If possible, please email the HOA at [email protected].
How can I rent the park for a special event?
If you wish to make a reservation for the park, please give us a call at (281) 631-3189 to speak with a Board Member and make a reservation, or email the HOA at [email protected].
How can I submit a neighborhood complaint?
We understand filing complaints can sometimes be worrisome. However, you may discreetly submit a complaint by sending an email to a Board Member directly at [email protected] or call us at (281) 631-3189, if you wish to discuss the matter further. Please be sure to have the street address for the property you will be referring to. Pictures or videos are required to allow for further investigation.
Why did the HOA send me a Deed Restriction Letter?
The Glenshannon Community Association Bylaws include procedures that must be followed when taking any action to enforce the HOA rules. When you violate a rule, the association sends a letter or an email notifying you of what rules you've violated and applicable fines or time required to remedy the violation.
