How much are the Annual Assessment Dues?
Glenshannon Community Association annual dues are $290. Receipts are not provided except for payments received in cash.
When is my payment due?
All Annual Assessment Dues are sent out in November and are to be paid in full by December 31.
What are the acceptable forms of payment?

What is my money used for?
Glenshannon Community Association board members are resident volunteers and are not paid for their work in the HOA. That is correct, they perform HOA tasks free of charge! The money collected from Glenshannon Community Association residents are used for maintaining the pool, park, utilities, office expenses (printing, postage, etc.), neighborhood signs, city inspections, bookkeeping and lawyer services.
